On Wednesday, 26 July, a working breakfast was held between Alvantia and AMEFAC members at La Mansión restaurant in Mexico City.

The interesting conversations and subsequent debate on issues such as how to improve Factoring and Confirming between Mexican financial entities, Bancomer, Bank of America, Banamex, Banorte and Alvantia were proof of the close ties between the institutions.

After a short presentation by Gilberto Mendoza, Supply Chain Finance Director at BBVA Bancomer and Chairman of the AMEFAC, the CEO of Alvantia, Roberto Gutiérrez Bezanilla, announced the main theme for the meeting, developing Factoring and Confirming solutions.

Alvantia presented the various products and services it offers in its specialist area, Business Banking, and specifically products relating to Factoring and Confirming.

The event was particularly interesting thanks to the accuracy, quality and active participation of the guests, whose comments and opinions completed the information provided and gave an overview of the current state of the financial sector in Mexico.
