Leadership, a word that is difficult to define in a single definition, always subject to the need to transform itself to adapt to new contexts and, in this last year, with the pandemic we have experienced, this adaptation and transformation has become even more important and, above all, to the rapid need for the leader to respond to transform himself and his team to a new and different way of working that has never been experienced before.
In these times we live in, in which we spend more and more time at home, solutions that generally cost little money and allow us to improve our quality of life and, in some cases, save on the energy consumption of our home, are of increasing interest.

On January 26th and 27th, the “Supply Chain Finance Summit” was held once again, BCR’s annual event where the latest trends in the sector are shown and where the leaders of the trade finance industry share their ideas.

The Alvantia offices are dressing up in red to celebrate their seventeenth Christmas and end a year full of challenges for the company. A 2020 in which we have had to adapt to a new normality and improve ourselves to ensure that everything goes well. This is a brief summary of what this year has brought us…

Since its origin, the product has undergone many variations, improvements, and advances in the market, all of which have served to demonstrate how important it has become to its users as it continues to add value to them in particular and the market in general.
The Factoring Congress is one of the most important events in the calendar of factoring and finance managers and professionals in Poland. This year, due to the circumstances surrounding Covid-19, the congress has been held through an online event divided into two sessions.

As it does every year, Alvantia has decked its offices out in red to celebrate the most significant period in its calendar. In addition to the festive season, the company is also celebrating its birth in 2003, when its CEO, Roberto Gutiérrez, decided to found it on 30 December, an unusual day to establish a business.

Alvantia held the third edition of its annual Working Breakfast with the Spanish Factoring Association (AEF) on November 27th at the Puerta América Hotel (Madrid). On this occasion the event looked at disruptive innovation and data protection in the Trade Financing sector and focused on three particular areas: Blockchain, Machine Learning and the latest GDPR developments and new Spanish Data Protection Act.
