On January 26th and 27th, the “Supply Chain Finance Summit” was held once again, BCR’s annual event where the latest trends in the sector are shown and where the leaders of the trade finance industry share their ideas.
The Factoring Congress is one of the most important events in the calendar of factoring and finance managers and professionals in Poland. This year, due to the circumstances surrounding Covid-19, the congress has been held through an online event divided into two sessions.
It’s a fact that there are new technological trends that are
currently revolutionising the financial markets. The term Blockchain has
become an everyday word in practically everyone’s vocabulary, as it refers to
the technology being used by the banking sector to reinvent itself.
A traditional, basic approach in the problems of machine learning is to use a single determined algorithm or model in the implementation of a valid solution. This traditional method is based on creating a pipeline of all the processes that are covered by the development of this algorithm.

On 24 and 25 January, for the fourth consecutive year, Alvantia took part in theSupply Chain Finance Summit meeting held at the Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam, bringing together the leading companies in the Reverse Factoring sector. The event, organised by BCR Publishing, had an ambitious programme focused on the latest trends in the SCF industry.
On 15 November, at the incomparable venue of the Genova Financial Club in the Columbus Towers in Madrid, we celebrated the breakfast meeting “Factoring public debtors within the framework of electronic invoicing in Spain: challenges and opportunities”.
In these early months of 2016, Alvantia has participated in several international events related to Asset-based Lending, or ABL, the generic name to given to group Factoring and Confirming ® financial products. (more…)
